Meditation for grounding
This guided meditation takes you through a process to connect with the energy of the earth, it helps you find balance, peace and harmony. Use this mediation whenever you feel stressed, unable to concentrate, fear, worry or lack of trust.
Note: in the beginning I accidentally say that this meditation is “recorded without sound.” What I meant to say is that the meditation recorded without music in the background. There will be sound, just no music.
