Sit with these new frequencies and say: “I am the conscious creator of my reality. I use cosmic energy to fuel my highest expression.” Then take 5 deep breaths in an out feeling this truth anchoring in your body  with every breath.

Step 4: Take Aligned Action

Within 72 hours of this portal peak, take one concrete action that aligns with your new frequency. Send the email, make the call, set the boundary, or begin the project that reflects who you are becoming.
