Refund Policy

Full payment is due prior to the beginning of your class or individual session.

If you need to cancel your class registration, change to another class, or cancel or reschedule your private appointment, please send an email to appointment@dinakleiman.com at least 48 hours prior to class/appointment start time.

We will issue a full refund as long as you give us at least a 48 hour notice.

If you have an emergency and need to cancel on the day of your class or appointment, please email us at least 4 hours BEFORE your class or appointment begins explaining your situation. We will work with you on a case by case basis to find the best solution. If appropriate, we will either either issue a full or a partial credit or a refund, move you to another timeslot, or send you the recorded version of the class.

There will be no refunds or credits made for cancellations that take place less than 4 hours prior to your class or appointment. If you do not show up to class or to your appointment there will be no refund/credit/reschedule unless you have made prior arrangements. However, we suggest you contact us regardless, we will do our best to accommodate. In some cases we will be able to send you the class recording and/or handouts or offer alternate options.

If you need to miss a class that is a part of a multi-session program (Such as Reiki training), please contact us so that we can make arrangement for you to receive the information you missed and give you an opportunity to catch up. You will either receive a class recording to listen to on your own or schedule a private session with Dina for an additional fee.

No refunds/credits will be issued for individual classes that are a part of a multi-session program. For example, if your training consists of 8 sessions and you miss 2 sessions, no credit or refund will be issued for those 2 sessions, however we will do out best to help you catch up. An additional fee may be applied in some cases.

We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate. Communication is key. Please contact us so that we can work together to find the best solution.
