Refund Policy

Full payment is due prior to the beginning of your class or individual session.

If you need to cancel your class registration, change to another class, or cancel or reschedule your private appointment, please send an email to at least 72 hours prior to class and 24 hours prior to the private appointment start time.

There will be no refunds or credits made for cancellations that take place less than 72 hours prior to your class or 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show up to class or to your appointment there will be no refund/credit/reschedule unless you have made prior arrangements. However, we suggest you contact us regardless, we will do our best to accommodate. In some cases we will be able to send you the class recording and/or handouts or offer alternate options.

If you need to miss a class that is a part of a multi-session program, please contact us so that we can make arrangement for you to receive the information you missed and give you an opportunity to catch up. You will either receive a class recording to listen to on your own or schedule a private session with Dina for an additional fee.

No refunds/credits will be issued for individual classes that are a part of a multi-session program. For example, if your training consists of 8 sessions and you miss 2 sessions, no credit or refund will be issued for those 2 sessions, however we will do out best to help you catch up. An additional fee may be applied in some cases.
