From there, I tune into your energy and connect with your spirit guides to understand where the deeper root began and why it is still affecting you now.
This deeper work may involve inner child healing, traumatic events from this life, ancestral healing, or past-life influences.
Once the root becomes clear, I work directly with your energy to release what has been held there so you life can begin to shift.
