How Deep Energy Healing Works
We begin with the issue, pattern, or emotional trigger that keeps repeating in your life.
From there, I tune into your energy and connect with your spirit guides to understand what is actually holding the pattern in place, where it began, and why it is still affecting you now.
The same issue can come from very different roots. What looks like anxiety, self-sabotage, relationship pain, or feeling stuck may be connected to trauma from this life, younger parts of you still carrying an imprint, family or ancestral burdens, past-lives, soul-contracts, vows, energetic cords or other deeper patterns still shaping your experience now.
Once the real root becomes clear, I work directly with your energy across multiple layers to help release the issue at its origin.
This is deeper work, and it is completely individualized. We do not force every issue through the same process. The session follows what is actually there and what is most ready to be healed.
This is a longer session because deeper work takes time. Energy Clearing is a recalibration that helps when life feels heavy in the present. Deep Healing is for the issues that keep returning because something from the past is still shaping what is happening now.
