How I Receive Information During an Intuitive Reading

I have been receiving information about people my whole life.

As a child I felt the things people didn’t say out loud. The heaviness behind a smile. The fear behind a calm face. The grief someone was carrying that they hadn’t told anyone about. I walked into rooms and felt the emotional weather of everyone in them before a single word was spoken. I heard a voice I called the “me-not-me” voice — steadier than my own thinking, less anxious, more certain — that showed up when something important needed to be known.

I thought this was how everyone experienced being a person. I was in my twenties before I understood it wasn’t.

What I have spent the last 26 years doing is learning what to do with what I receive. How to read it accurately. How to stay out of the way of it. How to make sure what comes through in a session is actually yours and not a reflection of my own unresolved material. That last part is where most of this work fails — and almost nobody talks about it directly.

This post is for people who want to know what they are actually getting when they work with me.

When you are ready, a Life Clarity Reading is where we start.

How Information Actually Arrives — The Four Channels

I work with four intuitive channels simultaneously. Not one at a time. All four at once, overlapping and informing each other from the first moments of reading someone’s field.

Clairvoyance — clear seeing

Not with my physical eyes. Clairvoyance is closer to the experience of remembering what your living room looks like — the image exists in your mind, fully formed, with meaning already attached. When I read someone’s energy field I receive images, symbols, and mental pictures that carry specific information. A color around someone’s chest that tells me something precise about what they are holding emotionally. A symbol pointing to something that has been running in their family line for generations. A scene from their past that I have no logical way of knowing about.

The images are not decoration. They are information. Reading them accurately rather than just receiving them is a skill that took years of training to develop.

Clairaudience — clear hearing

Inner hearing. Closer to the experience of remembering a conversation than to hearing a voice in the room. Words, phrases, names, and sometimes complete sentences arrive in my mind with a quality distinctly different from my own thinking. My own thoughts have a texture and a pace I recognize after years of paying close attention to the difference. Guided hearing arrives cleaner, more elevated, less attached to outcome.

Sometimes it is a name I have no reason to know. Sometimes a phrase that carries more weight than the words themselves. Sometimes information so specific to the person’s situation that there is no reasonable explanation for how I arrived at it through logic.

This is also the channel through which I channel Ra-Ja and other guides. When I channel, the transmission has a different quality than anything I generate myself — more direct, operating at a different level, addressing things at the soul that my own perspective would not have reached.

Clairsentience — clear feeling

Physical sensation in my own body that corresponds to what is stored in the client’s energy field. A tightness in my chest that corresponds to grief they have been carrying unexpressed. A pressure at the back of my head that corresponds to something they have been refusing to look at. A specific heaviness in one shoulder that tells me about a burden they took on that was never actually theirs to carry.

This channel was running in me before I had any framework for understanding it. I felt the things people didn’t say. I absorbed what was in the rooms I walked into. I still do — but the difference now is that I know how to read what I am feeling rather than just being flooded by it. That distinction took years of specific training to develop.

Clairempathy — clear emotional feeling

Feeling the client’s emotional state directly — not as a concept but as an actual experience happening in me. When someone is carrying grief I feel the grief. When shame is running beneath the surface of what they present I feel it before they name it or acknowledge it.

The critical skill in clairempathy is knowing which feelings are mine and which belong to the person I am reading. That sounds straightforward. It is not. It is one of the most technically demanding aspects of this work and something I was specifically trained for. Without that training the line between practitioner and client blurs in ways that contaminate the reading — and neither person realizes it is happening.

Natural Ability Is the Starting Point, Not the Qualification

I was born with open channels. The information was arriving before I had any language for it. That is true.

It is also almost beside the point.

Natural ability without training is like having perfect pitch but never studying music. The raw material is there. What you can do with it reliably, for someone else, under pressure, session after session, year after year — that is a completely different question.

I began my personal work in 2000. I have been in professional practice since 2011. That gap — eleven years of working on myself before I worked professionally on others — was not accidental. It was necessary. Because the real training in this work is not learning how to receive information. Receiving information is the easy part.

The real training is everything that comes after.

The Hardest Part Is Not Getting Information — It’s Staying Out of the Way

This is what most people doing this work get wrong. And almost nobody says it directly so I will.

Untrained readers project. They do it without knowing they are doing it.

They feel something and assume it belongs to the client when it belongs to them. They have a belief about how relationships work and it colors what they see in the client’s field. They have unresolved fear around money, abandonment, illness, or failure and it either creates blind spots or distortions in what they read. They want the client to feel better so they shade the information toward comfort rather than truth. They have their own unhealed material and it bleeds into the session.

None of this is malicious. It is what happens when someone with natural ability starts working before they have done the training and the personal work to create a clean channel. The gift is real. The contamination is also real. And the client pays the price.

Getting information is easy. Not contaminating it with your own opinions, experiences, fears, and projections is the actual skill. That is what training teaches. That is what years of self-work makes possible. And that is the standard I hold every session to.

This Work Activates Everything Unresolved in the Practitioner

There is something about this work that most practitioners do not talk about publicly.

Whatever is unhealed in the reader gets activated by clients. Not sometimes. Reliably. Whatever wound is still open in the practitioner, clients will walk in carrying the exact thing that touches it. Whatever the practitioner has not examined in themselves will show up as a blind spot in their readings. Whatever they are still afraid of will either be avoided or catastrophized in the client’s session.

This is not a character flaw. It is a structural feature of sensitive work. The same openness that makes someone a good reader makes them a receiver for whatever they have not yet cleared in themselves.

This is why self-work is not optional for a practitioner doing this with integrity. It is professional hygiene. The practitioners who do not do it are running their own unresolved material through their clients’ sessions whether they know it or not.

I have been doing my own work since 2000. Twenty-six years of working on myself — not as a spiritual hobby separate from my professional life, but as a direct requirement of doing this work cleanly. Every layer I take clients through I have been through myself. Not academically. From the inside.

Past lives. Ancestral clearing. Cord cutting. Inner child work. Soul retrieval. Soul contracts. The between-lives state. I know what each of these feels like to move through because I have moved through them in my own field. I know the difference between a cord that is ready to release and one that is not because I have felt both. I know what it feels like when an ancestral pattern that has been running for generations finally clears because I have felt that in my own body.

Academic knowledge of a modality and direct lived experience of it are not the same thing. The guidance that comes from having been there yourself has a precision and a groundedness that theory cannot produce. This is why I spent years on my own work before I ever worked professionally on anyone else’s.

How I Keep the Reading Clean

The technical safeguard that protects the client is not willpower or good intentions. It is working through higher self and reading the energy field directly rather than through personal interpretation.

When I read someone I am not working from my own perspective or filtering what I receive through my own experiences and opinions. I am connecting to the client’s higher self and to the field itself — which holds the information about what is actually present, what is ready to shift, and what the client genuinely needs. My job is to translate what is there accurately. Not to decide what they should hear. Not to make them feel better. Not to confirm what they came hoping to hear.

This is the discipline. It requires that my own field is clear enough that I am not generating interference. Which is why the self-work, the training, and the ongoing maintenance of my own energetic hygiene are not separate from the professional work. They are the professional work.

This is also, incidentally, why I have been doing this for as long as I have. Most practitioners who start this work do not last. The work activates everything, demands constant self-examination, and produces a particular kind of exhaustion when the practitioner’s field is not maintained. The practitioners who stop — and many stop — almost always stop because they were not doing what sustains the work long term.

I have been in professional practice since 2011. Over 6,000 sessions. Still here, still sharp, still growing. Not because I am exceptional. Because the approach is sound.

What You Actually Get in a Session

When you come in for a Life Clarity Reading you are not getting someone who woke up one day and discovered they were intuitive.

You are getting 26 years of personal work across every layer we might touch together. You are getting professional practice since 2011 and over 6,000 sessions of pattern recognition that cannot be faked or accelerated. You are getting a practitioner who has done her own past life work, her own ancestral clearing, her own cord cutting, her own inner child healing — who knows these territories from the inside because she has traveled them herself.

And you are getting the discipline that comes from years of learning how to stay out of the way of the information so that what comes through in your session is actually yours.

The information comes through me. It is about you. That distinction is everything — and maintaining it is what the training, the experience, and the ongoing self-work are all for.

If you want to understand more about what an intuitive reading actually is and what it can tell you, start there. If you want to know what to bring and how to prepare for a session, read that before you book. And if you want to understand how to tell a genuinely skilled reader from someone who is very good at seeming like one, that post was written for people who have been burned before and need to know what to actually look for.

When you are ready, a Life Clarity Reading is where we start.
