Week 1 — Why you react before you can think
Most stress reactions happen before conscious thought even begins. That is why so many people know what they should do, yet still feel overtaken in the moment.
In week one, you will map your personal stress pattern, understand what your nervous system does automatically under pressure, and learn your first reliable pathway back to regulation. You will also begin using dreams to help process unresolved stress your system is still carrying.

Shift: you begin to understand your reactions more clearly and interrupt them earlier.
Week 2 — What your emotions are trying to show you
Stress stays active when the emotional charge underneath it has not been fully processed. Until that happens, the same reaction keeps getting triggered again and again.
In week two, you will learn where emotional stress lives in the body, what your reactions are pointing to, and how to reduce the charge beneath the pattern so you can feel more steady, clear, and in control.

Week 3 — How to stop being hijacked by automatic fear
Some triggers happen so fast that your system reacts before you have access to clarity. This is where fear, overwhelm, and second-guessing can take over even when part of you knows better.
In week three, you will work directly with sensory triggers and pre-conscious conditioning so your environment has less power over your state. You will also learn how to access a clearer internal signal when your mind feels noisy, split, or overwhelmed.

What is the refund policy?
